Moving away from conventional boxy apartment blocks, this development uses heavy geometric forms to handle the West African climate. Deep, angled bronze-toned balconies provide critical sun shading to the living spaces while framing views down to the garden pool. Grounded by exposed concrete shear walls and cascading green podiums, the building balances raw industrial strength with refined, open-air living.
