Gravity feels entirely optional at ERF 2082. Suspended above the rolling topography of Ballito’s Seaton Estate, the structure is a masterclass in architectural tension. Crisp, white geometric planes slice through the coastal air, tethered to the earth only by heavy, raw stone and brooding charcoal facades. We didn’t just build on the hillside—we framed the wild. Double-volume glass obliterates the boundary between shelter and sky, spilling out onto a sprawling terrace where a dark, elongated lap pool stretches like a liquid mirror toward the horizon. Sharp, unapologetic, and fiercely elegant. This is a modern sanctuary engineered for the pure theater of coastal living.
