Key design features include soft, curved concrete forms and a strong emphasis on landscaping that seamlessly integrates with the surrounding Morningside neighbourhood in Durban. The core vision for the residence was to create a living, breathing architectural presence that would enhance the aesthetic value of the streetscape while remaining deeply attuned to the environment.
